Dual-Channel RF Slip Ring
SRF-201 RF Slip Ring
RF slip ring, also known as RF rotary joint, coaxial rotary joint, etc., is an important component in the antenna feed system of mechanical scanning radar, jamming equipment, etc. It is mainly used for the connection between the rotating antenna and the fixed receiving/transmitting equipment in radar and communication, requiring 360° continuous rotation. The function is to achieve continuous and stable transmission of RF signals between the rotating end and the fixed end during the 360° continuous rotation of the antenna. It not only needs to meet the requirements of flexible rotation and reliable structure, but also the requirements of electrical indicators such as insertion loss and standing wave ratio. Working frequency: DC-4.5GHz/DC-4.5GHz, with SMA-F interface on both ends. Channel 1: standing wave ratio ≤1.2, insertion loss ≤0.25dB. Channel 2: standing wave ratio ≤1.5, insertion loss ≤0.3dB. Channel isolation ≥50dB, working temperature -45~+70℃. Maximum rotation speed: 60rpm, working life ≥5 million revolutions. Installation diameter: 32mm, convenient for integration and assembly with electrical slip rings. It can be applied to radar antennas, mobile communication, testing turntables, electro-optical pods, photographic booms, and other scenarios.
